Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, July 01, 2008 to be considered on time. All submittals will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The Coerver Super Cup  applications are completed and accepted using the online system. Please direct any online system support related issues to the toll-free tech support hotline on the left hand side of each page.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SYSTEM WORKS BEST USING MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER VERSION 5 OR NEWER.

To Begin the Application Process:
Please Note: All teams will be playing their new age groups for the 2008/2009 seasonal year.

For Cal South, Utah, Hawaii Teams

Enter on the left hand side your Team Manager or Head Coach username and password.

1. Click the "Tournament" link next to your team name
2. Select the "Coerver Super Cup 2008" from the dropdown box and click "Register" to apply your team information including contacts and roster will be ported into your application
3. Proceed with the completion of the application
4. This is the same process that you used to apply to the State Cup Tournament

For any other teams

Click the Apply to Tournament tab at the top of the page.

Additional Information:

• Application fees can be paid by Credit Card, money order or cashiers check only. Instructions are available on each page of the application.
• Applications are available online 24x7 by logging in to the system and you may update your information after you have submitted the application if needed
• The system will display a list of the Accepted teams and Wait listed teams
• Once accepted, if you log in, from your application information you can use the Hotel Tab to send a Hotel reservation fax to the selected Hotel.
• Copa Del Mar Rules require that all teams making hotel reservations do so from the list of approved hotels before final acceptance is granted.

• After receiving final acceptance Check-in instructions will be posted on the website and emailed to all Team Administrators.
